On 21 April 2026, several clients from Côte d'Ivoire visited our office for a business meeting and company tour. Prior to the visit, we maintained close communication with the clients to confirm their schedule and carefully prepared refreshments, presentation materials, and meeting arrangements to ensure a productive visit.

During previous discussions, the clients had mentioned their plans to travel to China in April or May. Taking this opportunity, we invited them to visit our office in Shanghai Tower. Upon arrival, the clients were given a tour of the company and introduced to our business operations, product portfolio, and service capabilities.

During the meeting, the clients expressed interest in several machinery models and discussed their potential project requirements. We carefully recorded their enquiries and technical preferences. Following the meeting, we coordinated with relevant suppliers to verify product details and prepare suitable quotations based on the clients’ requirements.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen communication and build mutual trust. We will continue to follow up closely after the visit, proactively address any questions, and adjust our proposals in a timely manner according to client feedback to support future cooperation.
