Bluetrip provides a comprehensive warranty of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever occurs first) for all exported vehicles, starting from the date of official delivery to the customer. This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship that arise under normal use conditions—defined as adherence to the vehicle’s operation and maintenance guidelines outlined in the official user manual. During the warranty period, once the defect is confirmed by Bluetrip is authorized service center through professional inspection, we will provide free repair services or replace the faulty parts without charging for parts costs or labor fees, ensuring your vehicle is restored to optimal performance promptly.

Parts delivery options:

Urgent request: For time-sensitive repair needs, parts will be shipped via internationally recognized express carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. This option guarantees delivery within 5–7 working days to most global locations, with full logistics tracking available for real-time status updates. The freight cost for urgent delivery is borne by the client.

Regular request: For non-urgent part requirements, the requested components will be consolidated and shipped along with your next vehicle order or bulk parts purchase. This delivery method is completely free of charge, offering a cost-effective solution for routine maintenance preparations.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use (including overloading, off-road driving beyond the vehicle’s designed capacity), accidents, collisions, or neglectful maintenance. It also excludes consumable parts with inherent service life limitations, such as filters, drive belts, light bulbs, fuses, brake pads, and wiper blades—these components are intended for regular replacement based on usage conditions. Additionally, any defects resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs by non-authorized workshops, or use of non-genuine parts are not covered under this warranty.
