On 9 February 2026, several clients from the Philippines visited our Pudong headquarters in Shanghai Tower for a business meeting and company tour. Prior to the visit, we communicated closely with the clients to confirm the schedule and carefully prepared the meeting arrangements, including refreshments, presentation materials, and a detailed company introduction.
Upon arrival, the clients were warmly welcomed and guided on a tour of the office. They were introduced to our working environment, organisational structure, and business operations, gaining a better understanding of the company’s capabilities and development. Afterwards, both sides gathered in the meeting room, where a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation was delivered to provide detailed information about the company, product portfolio, service advantages, and international business experience.
The meeting was conducted in a friendly and professional atmosphere, allowing for productive discussions and a deeper mutual understanding. The visit further strengthened the relationship between both parties and created a solid foundation for future cooperation.
Following the visit, we continued to maintain close communication with the clients, proactively answering their questions and providing timely support. Based on their feedback, we will continue to optimise our proposals and services to better meet their requirements.
